Citrus Sunrise Punch

Citrus Sunrise Punch
Recipe by Dragon

I made this punch for my cousin's shower this past weekend. I made a non-alcoholic version for the shower guests and a slighty naughtier version for us girls in the kitchen. :) This recipe makes a tangy, slightly sweet and very refreshing drink. For a nice kick, add 1 to 1 1/2 cups of vodka. You can always add more depending on how much you like vodka!

Ingredients:
3 cups orange juice
3 cups cranberry juice
3 cups ginger ale
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
1 lemon, thinly sliced
3 limes, thinly sliced
1 to 1 1/2 cups of vodka (optional)

Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients and stir until well blended. Chill until cold and serve with ice.

Haha to the naughty version. That's why I like to hang out in the kitchen :)

I like how it's a sunrise punch... except after a few, I'd be more like lights out punched :)

Dawn: I like the naughtier version too.

Lo: I like this punch because it's not too sugary sweet. Quite refreshing.

A drink that includes all my favorite ingredients - plus the vodka. I'll be making this for my next Happy Hour.

LOL - the naughty version sounds almost exactly like the punch I ised to make for our annual Christmas party! Funny how the addition of ginger ale can make even the most innocent punch taste vaguely alsoholic though... Lovely colours!
